Nils Hinrichsen has a long family history in the property business as well as 15 years general management experience in engineering and farming enterprises. He has been involved in various leadership positions in Louis Group for the past 12 years and is the Managing Director of the broking division of Louis Group Properties.
Ian has 15 years experience in the property industry. Ian is an expert in Industrial Leasing and Sales, Owner Occupier Sales, Commercial and Investment Sales.
Gérhard has five years experience in the property industry and specialises in Property Management, Investments, Hotel investments, and Transactions. Gerhard has completed his CCPP (Certificate for the Commercial Property Practitioner) and Property Industry Principles course as well as a Financial and Business Management program at the University of South Africa.
Peter has been with Louis Group for 13 years. He has vast experience in the Commercial Property market of Cape Town covering all aspects of the field. He has been instrumental in many key sales within the greater Cape Town Metropole and is well known in the sector. He also has vast experience in commercial property management having headed the Louis Group property management division for a few years.
Jean has 15 years experience in the property industry. Jean`s portfolio includes the Sale and Leasing of Retail, Commercial and Industrial Property specialising in Residential and Development Selling. Jean focuses on the Cape Town CBD and Southern Suburbs areas.
Angus has over 15 years experience in the industrial and hydraulic engineering field within Cape Town. His expertise lies in his ability to find the best available Industrial and Commercial properties to suit a client’s needs.
Le Verne serves as our receptionist and assistant at the Strand Street offices in Cape Town by assisting with enquiries from our clients and visitors.
Cecilia has more than 17 years experience in the property industry and specialises in the Sale and Leasing of Retail and Commercial property. Cecilia focuses on the Northern Suburbs and Century City areas.
